Topluluk Kuralları

Community Guidelines

     Booksses, okurların, yazarların ve içerik üreticilerinin güvenli, saygılı ve yaratıcı bir ortamda bir araya gelmesini amaçlar.
     Platformu kullanan herkes, diğer kullanıcıların haklarına, kişilik değerlerine, telif haklarına ve platform düzenine saygı göstermekle yükümlüdür.
     Bu kurallar, Booksses web sitesi, mobil uygulamaları, yorum alanları, profil alanları, kitap ve bölüm içerikleri dahil olmak üzere platformun tamamında geçerlidir.

Genel İlke

     Booksses, içerik üretimini ve okuma kültürünü destekleyen bir topluluk alanıdır.
     Kullanıcılar, platformu kullanırken hukuka, ahlaka, topluluk düzenine ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarına uygun hareket etmekle yükümlüdür.

Kullanıcı Rolleri

     Booksses’te bir kullanıcı aynı anda birden fazla role sahip olabilir:
     1. Okur
     2. Yazar veya içerik üretici
     3. Satıcı Marka temsilcisi
     4. İş ortağı veya başvuru sahibi
     Bu kurallar, kullanıcının sahip olduğu tüm roller için geçerlidir.

Saygılı İletişim

     Kullanıcılar, diğer kullanıcılarla iletişim kurarken saygılı bir dil kullanmalıdır.
     Aşağıdaki davranışlara izin verilmez:
     1. Hakaret
     2. Küfür
     3. Tehdit
     4. Taciz
     5. Hedef gösterme
     6. Aşağılama
     7. Israrlı rahatsız etme
     8. Kişisel saldırı
     9. Başkasını küçük düşürmeye yönelik yorumlar

Telif Hakkı ve İçerik Sahipliği

     Booksses’te yalnızca kullanıcının kendisine ait olan veya yayınlama hakkına sahip olduğu içerikler paylaşılabilir.
     Aşağıdaki içeriklere izin verilmez:
     1. Başkasına ait roman, hikâye, şiir veya bölümün izinsiz paylaşılması
     2. Başkasına ait çevirinin izinsiz paylaşılması
     3. Başkasına ait kapak görselinin izinsiz kullanılması
     4. Başkasına ait karakter, evren veya seri içeriğinin hak ihlali oluşturacak şekilde kullanılması
     5. Korsan kitap, PDF veya izinsiz dosya paylaşımı
     6. Telif hakkı ihlalini teşvik eden bağlantılar

Yasaklı İçerikler

     Booksses’te aşağıdaki içerikler yasaktır:
     1. Nefret söylemi
     2. Irk, dil, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik, milliyet veya benzeri temellere dayalı ayrımcılık
     3. Şiddeti teşvik eden içerikler
     4. İstismarı teşvik eden veya normalleştiren içerikler
     5. Yasa dışı faaliyetleri yönlendiren içerikler
     6. Dolandırıcılık, sahte kampanya veya yanıltıcı işlem içeren içerikler
     7. Kişisel verilerin izinsiz paylaşılması
     8. Spam veya reklam amaçlı paylaşımlar
     9. Platform dışı zararlı bağlantılar
     10. Kötü amaçlı yazılım, oltalama veya güvenlik riski oluşturan bağlantılar

Yetişkin İçerikler ve Yaş Uygunluğu

     Booksses’te yaşa uygunluk kurallarına uyulması zorunludur.
     Yazarlar, içeriklerinin türünü, uyarılarını ve yaşa uygunluk bilgisini doğru belirtmekle yükümlüdür.
     Yaşa uygun olmayan içeriklerin yanlış sınıflandırılması, görünürlüğün azaltılmasına, içeriğin kaldırılmasına veya hesabın askıya alınmasına neden olabilir.
     Çocuk kullanıcıların güvenliğini tehlikeye atabilecek içerik ve davranışlara izin verilmez.

Yazar Davranışları

     Yazarlar ve içerik üreticiler aşağıdaki kurallara uymalıdır:
     1. Kendilerine ait olmayan içerikleri yayınlamamalıdır.
     2. Okurları yanıltıcı vaatlerde bulunmamalıdır.
     3. Sahte yorum, sahte beğeni veya yapay etkileşim oluşturmamalıdır.
     4. Başka yazarları hedef göstermemelidir.
     5. Okurları platform dışı zararlı bağlantılara yönlendirmemelidir.
     6. İçerik uyarılarını doğru kullanmalıdır.
     7. Kapak, açıklama ve kategori bilgilerini yanıltıcı şekilde düzenlememelidir.

Okur Davranışları

     Okurlar aşağıdaki kurallara uymalıdır:
     1. Yorumlarda saygılı olmalıdır.
     2. Yazarları veya diğer okurları taciz etmemelidir.
     3. İçerikleri izinsiz kopyalamamalı veya paylaşmamalıdır.
     4. Sahte şikayet veya kötü niyetli bildirim yapmamalıdır.
     5. Platform içi etkileşimleri manipüle etmemelidir.

Satıcı Markalar İçin Kurallar

     Satıcı Markalar doğru ve güncel bilgi sunmakla yükümlüdür.
     Yanıltıcı ürün bilgisi, sahte beyan, hatalı fiyatlandırma, eksik teslimat bilgisi veya tüketiciyi yanıltabilecek açıklamalara izin verilmez.
     Satıcı Marka hesapları, ihlal durumunda askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.

Bildirim ve İnceleme Süreci

     Kullanıcılar, uygunsuz olduğunu düşündükleri içerikleri veya davranışları Booksses’e bildirebilir.
     Bildirimler aşağıdaki şekilde değerlendirilebilir:
     1. Bildirimin alınması
     2. İçeriğin veya hesabın incelenmesi
     3. Gerekirse kullanıcıdan ek bilgi talep edilmesi
     4. İhlal varsa yaptırım uygulanması
     5. Gerekirse içeriğin kaldırılması veya erişime kapatılması

Yaptırımlar

     Booksses, ihlalin niteliğine göre aşağıdaki yaptırımları uygulayabilir:
     1. Uyarı
     2. İçeriğin düzenlenmesini isteme
     3. İçeriğin görünürlüğünü azaltma
     4. İçeriği geçici olarak erişime kapatma
     5. İçeriği tamamen kaldırma
     6. Yorum veya paylaşım yetkisini sınırlama
     7. Hesabı geçici olarak askıya alma
     8. Hesabı kalıcı olarak kapatma
     9. Gerekli hallerde yetkili makamlara bildirimde bulunma

İtiraz Hakkı

     Kullanıcılar, içerik kaldırma veya hesap yaptırımı kararlarına ilişkin itirazlarını iletişim veya talep formu üzerinden iletebilir.
     İtirazın değerlendirilebilmesi için kullanıcının ilgili içerik, hesap, bildirim veya işlem hakkında yeterli bilgi sunması gerekir.
     Booksses, itirazları değerlendirme ve nihai kararı verme hakkını saklı tutar.

     Booksses aims to bring readers, authors, and content creators together in a safe, respectful, and creative environment.

     Everyone who uses the platform is required to respect the rights, personal values, copyrights, and platform order of other users.

     These rules apply to the entire platform, including the Booksses website, mobile applications, comment areas, profile areas, books, and chapter content.

General Principle

     Booksses is a community space that supports content creation and reading culture.

     Users are required to act in accordance with the law, morality, community order, and the rights of third parties when using the platform.

User Roles

     A user on Booksses may have more than one role at the same time:

  1. Reader

  2. Author or content creator

  3. Seller Brand representative

  4. Business partner or applicant

     These rules apply to all roles held by the user.

Respectful Communication

     Users must use respectful language when communicating with other users.

     The following behaviors are not allowed:

  1. Insults

  2. Profanity

  3. Threats

  4. Harassment

  5. Targeting

  6. Humiliation

  7. Persistent disturbance

  8. Personal attacks

  9. Comments intended to belittle another person

Copyright and Content Ownership

     Only content that belongs to the user or that the user has the right to publish may be shared on Booksses.

     The following content is not allowed:

  1. Unauthorized sharing of another person’s novel, story, poem, or chapter

  2. Unauthorized sharing of another person’s translation

  3. Unauthorized use of another person’s cover image

  4. Use of another person’s character, universe, or series content in a way that infringes rights

  5. Sharing pirated books, PDFs, or unauthorized files

  6. Links that encourage copyright infringement

Prohibited Content

     The following content is prohibited on Booksses:

  1. Hate speech

  2. Discrimination based on race, language, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or similar grounds

  3. Content that promotes violence

  4. Content that promotes or normalizes abuse

  5. Content that directs users to illegal activities

  6. Content involving fraud, fake campaigns, or misleading transactions

  7. Unauthorized sharing of personal data

  8. Spam or advertising-oriented posts

  9. Harmful links outside the platform

  10. Malware, phishing, or links that create a security risk

Adult Content and Age Appropriateness

     Users must comply with age-appropriateness rules on Booksses.

     Authors are responsible for accurately indicating the type, warnings, and age-appropriateness information of their content.

     Incorrectly classified age-inappropriate content may be subject to reduced visibility, removal, or account suspension.

     Content and behavior that may endanger the safety of child users are not allowed.

Author Behavior

     Authors and content creators must comply with the following rules:

  1. They must not publish content that does not belong to them.

  2. They must not make misleading promises to readers.

  3. They must not create fake comments, fake likes, or artificial engagement.

  4. They must not target other authors.

  5. They must not direct readers to harmful links outside the platform.

  6. They must use content warnings accurately.

  7. They must not arrange cover, description, or category information in a misleading way.

Reader Behavior

     Readers must comply with the following rules:

  1. They must be respectful in comments.

  2. They must not harass authors or other readers.

  3. They must not copy or share content without permission.

  4. They must not submit false complaints or malicious reports.

  5. They must not manipulate in-platform interactions.

Rules for Seller Brands

     Seller Brands are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

     Misleading product information, false statements, incorrect pricing, incomplete delivery information, or descriptions that may mislead consumers are not allowed.

     Seller Brand accounts may be suspended or closed in the event of a violation.

Reporting and Review Process

     Users may report content or behavior they consider inappropriate to Booksses.

     Reports may be reviewed as follows:

  1. Receiving the report

  2. Reviewing the content or account

  3. Requesting additional information from the user if necessary

  4. Applying sanctions if there is a violation

  5. Removing or restricting access to the content if necessary

Sanctions

     Booksses may apply the following sanctions depending on the nature of the violation:

  1. Warning

  2. Requesting that the content be edited

  3. Reducing the visibility of the content

  4. Temporarily restricting access to the content

  5. Removing the content completely

  6. Restricting comment or posting permissions

  7. Temporarily suspending the account

  8. Permanently closing the account

  9. Notifying competent authorities where necessary

Right to Appeal

     Users may submit objections to content removal or account sanction decisions through the contact or request form.

     In order for the objection to be reviewed, the user must provide sufficient information about the relevant content, account, report, or action.

     Booksses reserves the right to review objections and make the final decision.
