Bu Açık Rıza Metni, Booksses tarafından açık rıza gerektiren kişisel veri işleme faaliyetleri hakkında kullanıcıyı bilgilendirmek ve kullanıcının tercihine bağlı onayını almak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Açık rıza vermek zorunlu değildir. Açık rıza verilmemesi, Booksses üyeliğinin temel özelliklerinin kullanılmasına engel olmaz. Kullanıcı, vermiş olduğu açık rızayı dilediği zaman geri çekebilir.
Ticari Elektronik İleti İzni
Booksses tarafından kampanya, duyuru, indirim, yeni içerik, yazar etkinliği, ürün tanıtımı, özel teklif ve benzeri ticari iletişimlerin tarafıma e-posta, uygulama içi bildirim veya push bildirim yoluyla gönderilmesine izin veriyorum.
Bu izni dilediğim zaman hesap ayarları üzerinden, ileti içinde sunulan ret yöntemiyle veya Booksses iletişim formu aracılığıyla geri çekebileceğimi biliyorum.
Açık rıza vermemem halinde Booksses üyeliğimi kullanmaya devam edebileceğimi kabul ederim.
Kişiselleştirilmiş Öneri İzni
Booksses’in okuma tercihlerime, etkileşimlerime, kütüphane kayıtlarıma ve platform kullanım alışkanlıklarıma göre bana kişiselleştirilmiş içerik önerileri sunmasına açık rıza veriyorum.
Bu kapsamda verilerimin içerik önerileri, listeleme tercihleri, kategori önerileri ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirme amacıyla işlenebileceğini kabul ederim.
Bu rızayı dilediğim zaman hesap ayarları veya iletişim formu üzerinden geri çekebileceğimi biliyorum.
Bildirim İzni
Booksses tarafından yeni bölüm, takip edilen yazar, kütüphane güncellemesi, sistem duyurusu, kampanya ve benzeri konularda uygulama içi bildirim veya push bildirim gönderilmesine izin veriyorum.
Bildirim tercihlerini dilediğim zaman cihaz ayarları, hesap ayarları veya Booksses tarafından sunulan tercih alanları üzerinden değiştirebileceğimi biliyorum.
Açık Rızanın Geri Çekilmesi
Kullanıcı, açık rızasını dilediği zaman geri çekebilir.
Rızanın geri çekilmesi, geri çekme tarihinden sonraki işlemler için geçerli olur.
Rızanın geri çekilmesi, rıza verilmeden önce hukuka uygun olarak gerçekleştirilen işlemleri etkilemez.
Açık Rıza Vermemenin Sonucu
Açık rıza verilmemesi, kullanıcının Booksses hesabını kullanmasına, destek talebi oluşturmasına, içerik okumasına veya temel platform hizmetlerinden yararlanmasına engel olmaz.
Ancak açık rıza verilmemesi halinde kampanya, duyuru, ticari bilgilendirme veya kişiselleştirilmiş öneri gibi isteğe bağlı hizmetlerden yararlanılamayabilir.

This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared to inform users about personal data processing activities that require explicit consent by Booksses and to obtain the user’s consent based on their preference.
Giving explicit consent is not mandatory. Not giving explicit consent does not prevent the use of the basic features of Booksses membership.
The user may withdraw their explicit consent at any time.
Commercial Electronic Communication Consent
I consent to receive commercial communications from Booksses, including campaigns, announcements, discounts, new content, author events, product promotions, special offers, and similar communications, via email, in-app notification, or push notification.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw this consent at any time through my account settings, through the opt-out method provided in the communication, or through the Booksses contact form.
I accept that if I do not give explicit consent, I may continue to use my Booksses membership.
Personalized Recommendation Consent
I give my explicit consent for Booksses to provide personalized content recommendations based on my reading preferences, interactions, library records, and platform usage habits.
Within this scope, I accept that my data may be processed for content recommendations, listing preferences, category suggestions, and improving the user experience.
I acknowledge that I may withdraw this consent at any time through my account settings or the contact form.
Notification Consent
I consent to receive in-app notifications or push notifications from Booksses regarding new chapters, followed authors, library updates, system announcements, campaigns, and similar matters.
I acknowledge that I may change my notification preferences at any time through my device settings, account settings, or preference areas provided by Booksses.
Withdrawal of Explicit Consent
The user may withdraw their explicit consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent applies to processing activities after the date of withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing activities that were lawfully carried out before the withdrawal.
Consequences of Not Giving Explicit Consent
Not giving explicit consent does not prevent the user from using their Booksses account, creating support requests, reading content, or benefiting from the basic platform services.
However, if explicit consent is not given, the user may not benefit from optional services such as campaigns, announcements, commercial information messages, or personalized recommendations.
