Personal data processed by Booksses is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and applicable legislation.

       Name, surname, username, profile name, profile photo, cover image, date of birth, age verification information, preference settings, and account ID.

       Reading history, library records, reading lists, comments, likes, follow actions, content interactions, chapter access records, coin usage, and in-platform transaction records.

      Books, stories, chapters, descriptions, cover images, comments, profile descriptions, and other content uploaded to the platform by the user.
       5. Order and payment process data:
       Physical book orders, delivery information, invoice and return processes, payment status, transaction records, and information required to be transferred to the relevant Seller Brand.
       6. Technical data:
       IP address, device information, browser information, session records, error logs, security logs, cookie data, and similar technical information.
       7. Application and notification data:
       Support requests, contact applications, copyright notices, business partnership applications, complaints, objections, and information and documents shared within the scope of these applications.

       Physical book products may be offered for sale on Booksses.

       In physical book sales, the seller is the Seller Brand specified on the relevant product detail page. Booksses may act as an intermediary service provider in this process.

       The necessary information may be shared with the relevant Seller Brand for the execution of order, delivery, invoicing, return, and withdrawal processes.

       Cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Booksses website.

       These technologies may be used for the following purposes:
